I am passionate about working with couples, families, and individuals who are motivated and invested in transforming the quality of their relationships as well as their mental and emotional well-being.
Relationships are what makes us feel joy, comfort, or satisfaction but at the same time allow us to experience sadness, anger, or guilt. Our earliest relationships shape the unfolding of our lives as we continue to connect through relationships. This is a strong focus of the service that I provide and it is a fundamental factor to creating change within your closest connections to have safety, security, and trust.
I believe by focusing and building on the strengths that someone has, resiliencies can be acknowledged and change becomes possible. Underlying that belief, I am certain that people possess the resources for positive growth. Thus, discovering and finding out what your vulnerabilities are is key! Touching those places is hard and it takes work and it doesn’t happen over night!
It is my purpose to provide those who work with me, a safe space, support, acceptance, and the care to discover and uncover their most authentic selves.

Some fun facts
I’m a Texas girl at heart (born and raised)! In my free time, you can catch me at a concert, discovering new places to add to my wanderlust list, stargazing, connecting with nature, listening to 90s and 2000s R&B, or spending time with family and friends.
